Does the Oxner Legha Law Firm serve as a Registered Agent?
Yes. We currently serve as a Registered Agent for many of the companies we form or for our clients. We charge $100 per year to serve as Registered Agent for a company or organization.
What does a Registered Agent do?
Accept service on behalf of a company. We will accept service on behalf of a company, meaning if they are being sued or important documents must be provided to the company for legal purposes, we will accept those documents on your behalf.
If I pick the Oxner Legha Law Firm as my Registered Agent does that mean we represent the company?
No. We can represent you in your legal matters, but you are not bound to us for representation. You are free to choose any law firm to represent you if the unfortunate time comes where you need legal representation.
