Confidentiality Agreements
What is a Confidentiality Agreement or Nondisclosure Agreement?
A Confidentiality Agreement is a business law contract drafted on behalf of our clients where they are going to provide confidential information to a third party company, entity or institution, and they need to ensure that the information they provide to them is protected. We can discuss with our client the terms and length of the confidentiality agreement. We will instruct our client or we will handle on their behalf not to disclose any information under the agreement is signed by the receiving party. These agreements are also known as NDAs or CDAs.
How long does it take to draft Confidentiality Agreements?
It depends. We can do rush drafting jobs or we can sit down with you and go back and forth on edits so that you have complete input on what we are doing. We do not charge by the hour for drafting agreements so you do not have to worry about receiving a surprise bill or invoice.
Do we negotiate Confidentiality Agreements?
Yes. If you would like a Confidentiality Agreement negotiated on your behalf with another company or lawyer, do let us know. Our attorneys have represented over 50 clients in the negotiation phase of Confidentiality Agreement contracts.
