Demand Letter
What is a Demand Letter?
A Demand Letter is a letter drafted by our office where we are making a demand to a person or company to assert their legal claim in writing prior to filing a lawsuit. We will draft the letter on a flat-fee basis so you do not have to worry about a surprise bill. We have drafted a lot of Demand Letters for our clients. We feel they are necessary to try and avoid litigation and costs for our clients. If individuals or companies do not respond to our Demand Letters then we proceed with filing suit.
How long does it take to draft a Demand Letter?
It depends. We can do rush drafting jobs or we can sit down with you and go back and forth on edits so that you have complete input on what we are doing. We do not charge by the hour for drafting agreements so you do not have to worry about receiving a surprise bill or invoice.
